Integrated Research Information Software (IRIS)

iRIS, developed by iMedRIS, is your digital entry portal for research studies. It is a web-based application that allows for electronic submission of research protocols for feasibility review and CHRISTUS Health IRB approval. Researchers can quickly check the statuses of their studies in real-time, and all study documents and informed consents can be housed securely for easy organization per study. Approval packets with stamped documents can be easily printed after IRB approval.

eProposal is a module of the iRIS application which allows for electronic submission of contracts and grants to the Office of Sponsored Programs & Research Finance (OSPRF). This module is accessible with any iRIS account.

CREDIT

CREDIT is a comprehensive, web-based Clinical Trial Management System developed by DDOTS, Inc., designed to streamline the administration of clinical research. It supports all facets of trial administration, including protocol tracking, participant management, financial oversight, and reporting.

Integrated with EPIC, CREDIT plays a critical role in clinical trial billing compliance by ensuring that charges associated with research participants are appropriately held in EPIC for research billing review.

CREDIT enables research teams to efficiently manage participant data, document study visits, track patient events, and generate accurate invoicing. These features support effective billing review, financial management, and oversight, and enhance the overall integrity and accuracy of the research process.

Greenphire Clincard Participant Reimbursement

Greenphire ClinCard is a secure, web-based payment platform designed to streamline and automate research participant reimbursements. Widely used in clinical research settings, ClinCard functions like a debit card, allowing participants to receive payments quickly and conveniently.

Integrated into the research workflow, ClinCard enables research teams to issue and reload cards electronically, reducing administrative burden and ensuring timely compensation in compliance with applicable regulations. Greenphire provides real-time tracking of payments and balances and offers dedicated customer support to assist with card-related inquiries, ensuring a seamless reimbursement process.

REDCap

REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture) is a secure web application for building and managing online surveys and databases. While REDCap can be used to collect virtually any type of data (including 21 CFR Part 11, FISMA, and HIPAA-compliant environments), it is specifically geared to support online or offline data capture for research studies and operations.
